Karen Haro
 Karen is the newest member of the Leadership Resources Team. She joined the Training Solutions Team in June 2007. Karen's DISC style is supercharged with her Values style and both have propelled her forward in learning all she can to succeed in her new role. She has successfully completed both her Certified Professional Business Analyst (CPBA) and Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) Certifications. Her desire is to learn everything she can about DISC and Values and communicate her product knowledge and market understanding to her clients.
 Karen grew up in East Texas, spending most Saturdays on her grandparents “farm” with cousins and friends. At the age of 16, she was invited to travel to Argentina for a month. While in Argentina she visited an orphanage and quickly knew she had a desire to go back someday and work with the children. Shortly after graduating from High School, she moved to Argentina and lived in the orphanage with the children for one year. She did not speak any Spanish when she arrived, but learned the language quickly. After returning from Argentina she attended Vision International School of Theology in Queretaro, Mexico. She lived in Mexico for 3 years. She has two wonderful twin girls.
Karen loves spending time with her family. She enjoys writing stories and hopes one day to write a book.
